AVDA Annual Meeting & Election of Officers to be Held in Scottsdale

AVDA will be holding its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona, in conjunction with its Annual Conference.The AVDA Nominating Committee has presented a slate of candidates for the 2004-2005 Board of Directors, which will be voted upon by AVDA’s membership at the May 18th meeting. Distributors Facing Pedigree Laws in Growing Number of States

On June 3, 2003 Florida Governor Jeb Bush signed the Prescription Drug Protection Act or Pedigree Paper law. Many provisions of the act became effective July 1, 2003, with other portions being phased in as of January 1, 2004 and full pedigree requirements effective July 1, 2006. DETAILS
