AVDA proudly introduces its newly elected president and board of directors for 2006-2007.

Deborah Olson of Nelson Laboratories will be leading AVDA as president. Olson’s term as president comes on the heels of a successful conference in Rancho Mirage, California, where more than 135 industry representatives and spouses attended the annual event.

Supporting Olson is a strong cabinet of officers including Chairman Sam Woodside, Henry Schein Animal Health and Immediate Past Chairman Davey Stone of  Butler Animal Health.  Bobby Mims of Merritt Vet Supply was named President-Elect.

Newly elected directors to the board include: Gary Huffine of IVESCO, George Henriques of Webster Veterinary Supply, Mary Pat Thompson of MWI Veterinary Supply and Robert Zeide of PCI Animal Health.

Continuing on the board are: Bruce Peterson of Columbus Serum Company, Jim Bradley of Bradley Caldwell.  Representing Associate Members on the board are Gary Cushing of PRN Pharmacal and  Alternate Associate Member Representative, Lorne Elder of Welch Allyn.
