AVDA Elects New Board

AVDA proudly introduces its newly elected chairman and board of directors for 2009-2010. George Henriques of Webster Veterinary Supply will be leading AVDA as Chairman.

Supporting Henriques will be AVDA’s cabinet of officers including President, Mary Pat Thompson of MWI Veterinary Supply, President-Elect, Ben Coe of Butler Animal Health and Bobby Mims of Merritt Veterinary Supply as Immediate Past Chairman.

Newly elected directors to the board include: Roberta Bruget of Nelson Labs, Tim O’Neill of IVESCO and Mark Ziller, of Lextron. Continuing on the board as Active member directors are: Robert Zeide of PCI Animal Health, Ken Williams of Henry Schein Animal Health.

Brad Butler of CEVA Animal Health was elected to represent the Associate membership as Associate Member Director and Amy Harlacher of Miltex, Inc. was elected as Alternate Associate Member director.

Deborah Olson of Nelson Labs and Gary Huffine of IVESCO completed their terms on the board at the Annual Meeting and were thanked for their service to the association during the meeting.
