AVDA Announces Government Affairs
Listserv
In an effort to connect members and foster stronger communication, AVDA
will launch an electronic mailing list or listserv this month. Our
initial listserv will focus on government affairs issues affecting our
members such as the current PDMA Pedigree Requirements.
A listserv acts as an internet
forum allowing for the widespread distribution of information. Members
of a listserv are called subscribers and are welcome to respond to
messages or post new messages and attachments for distribution. All AVDA
member company employees are invited to subscribe to the listserv.
If you
would like to subscribe to our discussion listserv, contact Kaymie
Thompson Owen at AVDA Headquarters via
kaymie@ksgroup.org and note AVDA listserv in the subject line of
your message.
AVDA welcomes your suggestions for additional listerv topics. Please
forward your suggestions to
kaymie@ksgroup.org.

Created Equal
The management team in every firm is
intuitively aware that all customers are not the same in terms of
the profits they generate. Some customers purchase a lot of
merchandise, others purchase only a little. In addition, some
customers are aggressive price buyers while others are more
interested in service. Qualitatively, some customers are easy to
deal with, while others are a pain.
